Leo has been in the real estate industry for the past 15 years. He originally started to work with Century 21 and then became an asset manager for a Federal Bank where he was responsible for managing over 300 properties nation wide. Leo has extensive experience in asset management, rent collections, home inspections, marketing, photography & local eviction process. Leo has been in the Orlando area since 1979 and to this day continues to call Orlando his home.

Ricardo is a licensed real estate agent and a member of the Board Of Realtors. He specializes in helping our international investors buy income producing properties. Ricardo is also fluent in Spanish.

Fred Mansfield is a Licensed Real Estate Agent with over 10 years in the real estate industry, he also personally owns several rental properties in the central Florida area.

Maintenance
Brian is the owner of BC General Home Repairs, he is a licensed general contractor with over 8 years experience in home repair and construction. He has worked for new home builders like Mercedes Homes, Pulte Home and KB homes. Brian is our preferred vendor and handles all our maintenance issues. He also helps our international investors in completing major rehabs.
Megan
Bookkeeper
Megan has been our bookkeeper for the past 2 years. She is in charge of owner disbursements and keeps track of all vendor invoicing.
